Too many ideas.

I am a well qualified, experienced psychotherapist. I am a good illustrator and love to make paintings and am enjoying writing projects both fiction and non-fiction. My life has become so that I cannot commit to any long term contracts because I live between two countries. I need to have an income and a professional identity and cannot seem to come up with a feasible freelance or consultancy idea, which would use all my abilities and give me the freedom to enjoy my chosen lifestyle. I am familiar with the Law of Attraction but I don't know how to begin applying it to my situation as I move from one idea to the next constantly.
