Feel Good Regardless of Your Circumstances by: Maria Westcott
Hi Nehe,
You can put yourself into a better place and feeling regardless of your circumstances. In fact, it is only by putting yourself into that better place and raising your vibrational frequency that you will begin to attract better things and more abundance into your life.
I know it sounds hard, but do not think about your negative situation. Close your eyes, put your hand on your heart, take a deep breath, relax and think of someone or something that you love. Let that good feeling fill your body from the tips of your toes to the top of your head. Breathe in deeply two or three times and repeat until you feel good.
You can also start keeping a gratitude journal and every day, list 10 things that you are grateful for in your life.
Finally, you can ask yourself, "How can I serve?" and do things for other people. It might just be a smile, giving your seat up on public transport to someone who needs it more than you, or helping a friend in some way. As you serve others, it will move you to that better place.
These are just a few suggestions to help you feel better. Once you do, you will be amazed by the good things and abundance that you begin to attract into your life.
