Napoleon Hill (October 26, 1883– November 8, 1970) was one of the first American personal-success authors. His most famous work, "Think and Grow Rich" , is one of the best-selling books of all time. He was commissioned by Andrew Carnegie, one of the most influential industrialists at the time, to interview 500 of the most successful people in the world in order to determine their secret formula for success. This was how the book Think and Grow Rich was born.
