Rhonda Byrne

Rhonda Byrne (b. 1955) is the author of the best-selling book and movie, "The Secret" and "The Secret DVD". She worked in television in Melbourne, Australia where she started her own independent television production company called Prime Time Productions. "The Secret" was originally created for Prime Time Productions and commissioned by Nine Network. Rhonda has also written "The Secret Gratitude Book".

Prior to gaining notoriety through "The Secret", Bryne was a television producer in Australia. An article published by Australia's Herald Sun, states that Rhonda has worked on the Australian TV series "World's Greatest Commercials" and "Marry Me". She has also been a producer for a programme called "Sensing Murder"

In 2007, Byrne was listed among Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People in The World.
