Judge Thomas Troward - Early Teacher of Mental Science


A genius who wrote The Edinburgh Lectures on Mental Science. Judge Thomas Troward was influential in the New Thought Movement and the teachings of The Science of Mind.

Judge Thomas Troward (1847-1916) wrote many books that are considered classics, such as "The Edinburgh Lectures On Mental Science" in 1904. His writings on what was then called "Mental Science" influenced early New Thought leaders and writers such as Emmet Fox, Ernest Holmes, Paul Foster Case, and Joseph Murphy. Other works include:

  • The Law and the Word
  • The Hidden Power and Other Papers on Mental Science
