You want to connect to you true essence in order to change you current operating system and the limiting emotions and beliefs it holds. In other words your subconscious mind needs to assimilate your true essence. The more it does, the more magnectic it becomes at manifesting your true essence. The hard work must be done or integrating yourself in your body.
